Arts & culture funding verified
They said
I have championed more funding for arts and culture organizations and institutions.
The record shows

2026
Note:The pamphlet shows Rob Nosse as a signatory on the 'Yes for Oregon History' argument in favor of Measure 26-261. This is directly verifiable in the Multnomah County pamphlet.
Transportation funding (Measure 120) verified
They said
I have championed adequate funding for road and bridge maintenance and transit. We need to get a transportation package passed.
The record shows

Voted YES on HB 3991 (Sept 1, 2025) — the transportation funding bill petitioners later referred to voters as Measure 120. The bill increases the per-gallon fuel tax, vehicle registration and title fees, and the public-transit payroll tax. House final tally: Ayes 36, Nays 12, Excused 12. Nosse is not listed as a Nay or Excused.

Increases transportation-related fees and taxes; directs ODOT performance audits; alters Joint Committee on Transportation duties.
Nosse: aye

This is the legislation that Measure 120 refers to the people of Oregon. It raises the per-gallon fuel tax (from 40¢ to 46¢), vehicle registration and title fees, and the public-transit payroll tax. Petitioners gathered ~250,000 signatures to put it on the ballot as Measure 120.

Official pamphlet statement(verbatim from the official voters' pamphlet)

It's my honor to represent inner SE and NE Portland. Our city and state have their challenges, but we are working our way through them in spite of a very unreliable and at times hostile federal government. Our district needs someone, like me, who has progressive politics but can operate effectively and pragmatically when it comes to legislating in Salem to help Portland and our state. I have championed: • More funding for Multnomah County and various organizations to provide more mental health and addiction treatment • Making it easier to build more housing and apartments of all kinds • Paid Family and Medical Leave • A corporate activities tax to better fund schools • More funding for our city and county to help shelter the homeless • More funding for arts and culture organizations and institutions • Adequate funding for road and bridge maintenance and transit • Providing enough funding for the Oregon Health Plan — our state's Medicaid program • Funding for Planned Parenthood and the right to the full range of reproductive healthcare options including abortion If I am re-elected, I will: • Advocate for more mental health, addiction, and homeless services • Work toward a universal 'single payer' insurance system • Demand better funding for K-12 education especially in light of budget challenges at PPS • Demand better funding for universities and community colleges • Push for more action on climate change particularly when it comes to transportation — we need to get a transportation package passed • Stand up for legal, safe, and affordable reproductive healthcare including abortion
